Privacy Policy
Last updated 17 August 2026. This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and the rights you have over it under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA").
1. Who This Policy Covers
This policy covers mandarpadhye.com (the “Site”), operated by Mandar Padhye. Mandar provides financial advisory services as a representative of Manulife Financial Advisers Pte. Ltd., a Financial Adviser licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”) — see MAS Disclosures for the licensing details. This policy governs data collected through this Site only. If your relationship with Mandar progresses to an actual advisory engagement, the personal data you provide as part of that engagement (needs analysis, KYC, policy applications, and so on) is handled under Manulife Financial Advisers Pte. Ltd.’s own privacy policy and compliance processes, not this one.
2. Personal Data We Collect
This Site currently collects no personal data from visitors. As of 17 August 2026, there is no active contact form, newsletter sign-up, or interactive tool on the Site that asks you to submit your name, email address, phone number, or any other identifying detail. Every page you can reach is informational only.
The one exception is entirely outside our control: several pages carry a mailto: link inviting you to email Mandar directly. Clicking one opens your own email application — whatever you choose to send goes directly to Mandar’s inbox through your email provider, not through this Site. This Site itself never receives, stores, or processes that message.
We do not use cookies, analytics, or any other passive tracking technology on this Site today. If that changes, or if a form or tool is reintroduced, this policy will be updated first, describing exactly what is collected and why, and a cookie notice will appear on the Site if applicable.
3. Why We Would Use Your Data
Because no personal data is currently collected through this Site, there is nothing to use it for. If a form or tool is reintroduced in future, this section will describe the specific purpose (for example, responding to a consultation request) before that feature goes live.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Not currently applicable, since no personal data is collected through this Site. If that changes, we would rely on your consent, given by voluntarily submitting a form or using a tool, as our basis for processing personal data under the PDPA — and you would be able to withdraw that consent at any time. Where an actual advisory relationship is established directly with Mandar (outside this Site), Manulife Financial Advisers Pte. Ltd. relies on additional legal bases required for regulated financial advice (e.g. contractual necessity, legal and regulatory obligations under the Financial Advisers Act), disclosed separately through that engagement.
5. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell personal data, and since this Site does not currently collect any, there is nothing to disclose to a third party in the ordinary course. Two things remain true regardless:
- Hosting infrastructure (Vercel): like any website, this Site’s hosting provider processes standard web server data (such as IP address and request logs) to serve pages and keep the Site secure.
- Legal requirement: if required by law, regulation, or a valid order from MAS, the Personal Data Protection Commission (“PDPC”), or a Singapore court.
6. Overseas Transfer
Where data is sent to a service provider located outside Singapore (for example, Vercel’s hosting infrastructure, which serves this Site’s standard web server data as described in Section 5), we take reasonable steps to ensure that provider is bound by data protection obligations comparable to the PDPA, as required under the PDPA’s Transfer Limitation Obligation.
7. Data Retention
Not currently applicable, since this Site does not collect or store personal data. If a form or tool is reintroduced, this section will describe how long that data is kept and why.
8. Your Rights Under the PDPA
You have the right to:
- Withdraw consent to our collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data at any time.
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct any personal data that is inaccurate or outdated.
- Ask us to stop using your data for a given purpose, subject to legal or contractual restrictions.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 10.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect personal data against unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, or similar risks, as required by the PDPA’s Protection Obligation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Data Protection Contact
Questions, requests, or complaints about how your personal data is handled should be directed to Mandar Padhye directly:
- Email: hello@mandarpadhye.com
- Phone: +65 8890 0959
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission: pdpc.gov.sg .
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if a form or tool is reintroduced to the Site. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
12. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
